We can add initials, a name, or a few words in our American Typewriter font (letters are hand-stamped individually with our in-studio letter set, so we only have one size and style of font available). Due to space limitations, we are limited to three words on our luggage tags. We will choose the most suitable and attractive text layout, but please let us know if you have any general preferences for your custom text placement. You can specify what text to add in the "Additional Comments" section of the checkout process.

We print in solvent, fade-free black ink.

These include an opening at the top, for you to be able to insert your own card with any additional info.

- We have several available images for our luggage tags but these are small items, so we have to stick with smaller stamps that we have. Contact us for info on image options.

- Add a name or initials anywhere there is room on the luggage tag in our American Typewriter font. Only one size of text is available, and we can only print in black ink. Please check out our shop listings for examples of our letterset on items.

- Mock ups on paper can be provided for your custom order for a $5 upcharge depending on the amount of text involved, please contact us (inbluehandmade@gmail.com) for more information.


We use stamps and stencils to print on these with an ink that is specific to leather. It generally takes 3-5 business days to create each item before it can ship. If you would like expedited shipping for a small fee, let us know and we can talk more about your deadlines.

All journals, belts, luggage tags, and flasks will be shipped out 5 business days after payment has been received/processed, unless otherwise communicated by In Blue. Bags and guitar straps are made to order and require two weeks of processing time before they can be shipped. Please do not hesitate to contact us for questions about your shipping schedule. Wondering what the shipping cost will be? No worries, we can provide you with an estimate before payment once you add the purchase to your cart!

Please double check your shipping info to make sure you have the correct address listed. If an item is returned to In Blue because of an incorrect address entered upon checkout, we will contact you via email for a new address and a second shipping fee.

All domestic U.S. packages are sent out first class or USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested! Tracking numbers will be provided via email upon shipment.

Overseas/International shipments are sent USPS first class unless otherwise requested. First class shipments take on average 6-10 business days. Sometimes it takes longer than expected due to customs. Your order may be subject to VAT, Import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. In Blue has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, ect. If you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. If you decline to pay any VAT, import duties, and/or taxes and your shipment is returned to In Blue, the purchaser is solely responsible for the cost of reshipment. In Blue WILL NOT issue any refunds to customers that decline any VAT, import duties, taxes, etc. We are not responsible for any delays/additional taxes incurred by customs.

We offer refunds for items in the following circumstances:

1. Items that are NOT customized: We offer a refund on any NON-CUSTOM item, if you are not satisfied with your item for any reason at all, within 15 business days of purchase. The refund will be for the purchase price of the item, we cannot refund shipping fees.

2. Items that have customization beyond the listed item: We offer refunds on items that are incorrectly made, defective, or have an incorrect quote/text/image, if the mistake is clearly our fault.

If you requested a customization, but it was incorrect or misspelled in the notes to seller or convos, we cannot refund the item. PLEASE double check all customization requests before completing the checkout process!

Refunds will ONLY be processed when we receive the item back in our shop. Please include a note with the package that states the etsy username on the order, as well as the recipients full name (as entered into the etsy checkout process). Please do not use sticky notes/post it notes on the leather. We cannot refund your payment until we receive the item in order to ensure the refund claim is accurate.

POSTAL/SHIPPING ERRORS: We are not responsible for items that were lost by the postal system, but we will work with you and your local post office to do everything within our power to find lost packages, including providing tracking numbers and proof of shipment.
